Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all bookings, whether made online, by phone, via email, in person, or through any other means, and are part of any agreement made with In The Bespoke for the delivery of services.
Definitions
- “I” / “Me” / “We” / “Us” refers to the CEO / team at In The Bespoke.
- “Services” refers to Wardrobe Edit (Women / Men), Colour And Body Shape Analysis (Women / Men), Personal Styling / Outfit Building (Women / Men), Capsule Wardrobes (Women / Men), Occasion Styling (Women / Men), Seasonal Style Refresh (Women / Men), On Demand Styling, and any additional services provided by In The Bespoke.
- “Client” / “Customer” / “You” refers to any individual who hires In The Bespoke to receive the Services.
Styling Appointments & Payment Terms
All payments for styling sessions and gift certificates must be made at the time of booking or purchase. These payments secure your session and are non-refundable. Cancelled appointments will be forfeited. Gift certificates can only be redeemed for Services and cannot be exchanged for cash. No refunds are available for shortened sessions initiated by the client. Payments made through invoicing are due immediately upon receipt.
Sessions will commence and run for the amount of time booked. It is your responsibility to arrive promptly. If your session goes over the allocated time, you will be charged £170 per additional 60 minutes and £300 per additional 2 hours. Please ensure you allocate enough time for preparations required to receive the best possible results within a service as well as for the duration of the service itself.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
To change or postpone your appointment, you must provide at least 7 days' notice before the first appointment of the service, for the Occasion Styling service, at least 48 hours when working within an individually established short notice timeframe, 24 hours for On Demand Styling service 1 and 3, and as fast as possible within the same day for the On Demand Styling service 2 (express advice).
To change or postpone further appointments within the service, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without a refund. If a new date is mutually agreed upon, your payment can be transferred but will not be refunded. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice (unless stated otherwise in the aforementioned rescheduling and cancellation terms) will incur an administrative fee of £70.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the issue date. If no expiration date is printed, it is the recipient's responsibility to schedule their session. To reschedule, we must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
Store Relationships
We do not represent or act on behalf of any retailers we may visit or recommend during your styling experience. Any purchases you make are solely between you and the retailer. Their individual sales policies, return rules, and terms apply. We are not responsible for the condition, functionality, or quality of any items bought during or following your session.

By scheduling any service with In The Bespoke, you agree with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of In The Bespoke.
